TrueFuel is a marketplace that connects gas station owners with fuel jobbers. Instead of calling or emailing multiple jobbers every morning to compare prices, you open the TrueFuel app and see every jobber's net delivered price ranked cheapest first — in real time. You select the best price and place an order in one tap. TrueFuel sends the order email to the jobber on your behalf, and the jobber replies directly to you with delivery details.
TrueFuel is completely free for gas station owners. You pay nothing to browse prices, set alerts, or place orders. TrueFuel charges the fuel jobber $25 per confirmed order — they pay this separately after delivery is confirmed. The 60-day free trial means even that fee is waived for your first two months of use.
No — and that's intentional. You continue to pay your jobber directly, exactly as you do today. Nothing changes about your payment relationship with them. TrueFuel simply facilitates the price comparison and order placement. This keeps things simple, avoids regulatory complexity, and means there's no new payment setup required from you.
When you place an order with a jobber not yet registered on TrueFuel, we send them an invitation to join the platform and pay a $100 referral fee credit to your account. Most jobbers join quickly once they see orders coming through — it's free for them during the trial period and gives them direct access to buyers they wouldn't otherwise reach.
Jobbers publish their own prices directly through the TrueFuel vendor dashboard, authenticated with Face ID to ensure only authorized personnel can post prices. Published prices are final — they include delivery to your location. There are no add-ons or surprise charges. Every price is timestamped and logged, creating a verifiable record that eliminates price-match disputes.
TrueFuel is currently operating in the Greater Houston, TX area with 9 verified jobbers. We are actively expanding to Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin in 2026. If you are outside these areas, register your interest — we will notify you when TrueFuel reaches your market and your registration will be honored at the same trial terms.
Phase 2 is TrueFuel's contract renewal marketplace. Gas station owners with expiring long-term fuel supply contracts (typically 10–15 years) list their annual volume history. Fuel jobbers then submit competitive bids for the contract renewal. TrueFuel charges 1% of the total contract value on selection, plus a $1,000 jobber access fee for Phase 2 participation. With 14 contracts representing $64.4M in estimated value currently available, this represents a significant revenue opportunity.
